JACKSON, Mich. — The Jackson Northwest Community Schools has been ordered to release surveillance video from a controversial bus incident. Judge McBain ruled in favor of a Freedom of Information Act lawsuit against the district which happened back in August.
Several parents claimed that a school bus driver made students roll up their windows on a hot day which made the bus unbearably hot.
