Lansing and the Friends Of Ormond Park, the group trying to stop construction, have eight days to get their legal strategy together.
Ingham County Judge James Jamo who left a restraining order in place has scheduled a hearing on it for July 20th.
The city is building a new entrance to Groesbeck Golf Course through the park. The group claims the the entry way will threaten endangered species and pollute the air. The city says that's not true.
