We are waiting for a judge to decide if the state can shut down medical marijuana dispensaries that don't have a state license yet.
The deadline was supposed to be October 31st. The judge pushed that back until December 15th and scheduled a hearing on the issue for Friday. No ruling has come down yet.
The City of Lansing is part of the case. Mayor Andy Schor's administration argues dispensaries with a city license should be allowed to stay in business.
