Leave your cell phone in the car if you have to go inside the Jackson County Courthouse.
Devices such as phones, computers or cameras are no longer allowed inside the courthouse.
The rule change went into effect on Thursday.
Courthouse officials say they will not store devices if they are brought in.
The rule change is a similar move other courthouses across the state have made following a security audit.
