MASON, Mich. — Three new sexual assault charges have been filed against a former Holt middle school teacher. Patrick Daley is already set to stand trial on 12 counts of second-degree criminal sexual conduct.
The three arrest warrants issued Wednesday include a total of 11 new counts of second-degree criminal sexual conduct. The alleged victims in each case are younger than 13.
Daley was a fifth grade teacher at Holt's Washington Woods Middle School. The Ingham County Sheriff's Office started an investigation in May of 2018 after four students told the principal Daley touched them inappropriately.
Daley has 10 days to turn himself in for arraignment on the new charges in 55th District Court. He is due back in Ingham County Circuit Court for a pretrial conference on the original 12 charges on June 11. News 10 and wilx.com will continue to track this story for you.
