Just a couple blocks away from Adado Park is a giant mechanical head.
The new sculpture sits on Michigan Avenue near Museum Drive, and was installed today.
The giant metallic head has a series of gears coming out of it, that people can turn with a crank. The artist says the idea came to him while he was struggling to think of a design.
The piece was brought in from Saint Johns this morning, with an escort from Saint Johns and Lansing police.
An official ribbon cutting ceremony is set for Monday afternoon.
