LANSING, Mich. — The Bureau of Marijuana Regulation has updated the rules regarding active ingredients, safety tests, and other protocols for medical marijuana in Michigan.
Some of the changes include new methods to detect chemicals on products and new guidelines for what would cause a product to fail safety tests.
The BMR hopes these new standards will help keep medical marijuana products safe for patients and help businesses run smoothly.
