The 23rd annual BWL Chili Cook-off is this Friday but it's not at the same location as last year.
The theme, "Chili From Around The World," will offer visitors tastes from dozens of vendors including restaurants, businesses, and other organizations.
And this year the event is taking place at the Cooley Law School Stadium in downtown Lansing.
Calvin Jones, the Director of the Lansing Board of Water and Light, told FOX 47 that the ballpark is a great venue for the event.
"it's a much bigger venue to have fun, we'll be seeing people up on the screen. People can do other things, we'll have a sweet area where you can have some sweets. There will be many things that people can do. And with the amenities of the park, we just think it's a great place to go."
You can take part in a chili dog eating contest that day as well.
All proceeds from the event will go to Pennies for Power, Impression 5 Science Center and the H.O.P.E. Scholarship Program.
