New evidence in drunk driving crash

HILLSDALE CO., Mich. — A man accused in a deadly drunk driving accident last year -- was back in court on Friday for an "emergency meeting."

Hillsdale County prosecutors added charges of second-degree murder, reckless driving causing death, and manslaughter with a vehicle against Seth Magda of Jonesville.

He was originally charged with operating while intoxicated causing death.

Prosecutors say new evidence shows Magda was going about ninety miles per hour when he hit and killed 16-year-old Braxton Petrie.
