A world-class testing facility for driverless cars is breaking ground in Michigan.
The American Center for Mobility takes the place of a former GM plant in Ypsilanti.
Governor Rick Snyder and Senators Debbie Stabenow and Gary Peters will be on hand for the groundbreaking event.
Both private companies and government agencies will be able to lease space on the property.
The center is expected to open in December 2017.
