Another construction project is set to begin Monday in East Lansing.
The major street project is set to begin on North Harrison Road between Saginaw Street and Lake Lansing Road.
The road will be closed to traffic for the duration of the project which is expected to be completed by August 19th.
As part of ongoing construction at the Breslin Center, the northbound exit lane, north of Shaw Lane, is closed through June 30th. Construction crews expect lane closures for the northbound lane at times, so crews can relocate the existing drive approach to the Breslin Center surface lot.
Also beginning Monday in Jackson County, Deering Road over I-94 will close for about one month to be repaired. A detour will be posted when the bridge is closed.
There will also be an occasional lane closure on I-94 in this area between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. Monday through Thursday.
Currently M-99 and Gibbs Road are also closed at I-94 for construction.
