Dealing with negativity at work can affect you even after you punch out for the day.

In fact, a new study done at Oakland University near Detroit, shows it can keep you from getting a good night's sleep.

Researchers say the best way to deal with it is taking a mental break after work.

They found things like taking long walks or doing yoga help people detach and sleep better.
