Michigan State University has released a statement Thursday stating that the NCAA says "it does not appear there is a need for further inquiry."
According to their website, MSU Athletics was notified from the Vice President of Enforcement at the NCAA that they did not find "substantiated violations of NCAA legislation."
Earlier this year the university was contacted by the NCAA. They wanted information on how MSU handled their responses to allegations of former university doctor Larry Nassar's sexual assaults on patients and MSU student athletes. They needed to know if MSU violated any NCAA rules.
