Prosecuting and defense attorneys asked judge Allen in 55th district court to push back Larry Nassar's preliminary examination until May.
The request is to give the defense a chance to look over more than 1000 pages in documents, and the prosecuting attorneys can line up all the testimonies.
The first date will be May 12th at 9:30, and if necessary, another exam will be held on May 26th, also at 9:30.
This comes after the preliminary conference in Eaton county was rescheduled from March 2nd to June 30th at 1:30.
