LANSING, Mich. — Police in Ingham County are working to find out who's been breaking into cars and vandalizing them in the Holt area.
Sheriff Scott Wriggelsworth tells us there were several incidents of theft and vandalism over the weekend, including a SUV that was left on cinder blocks in a parking lot.
That vehicle was left on Delhi Commerce Drive after someone stole the tires out from under it.
Wriggelsworth said basic precautions can help keep this from happening to you like lock your doors and watch out for people you don't recognize in the area.
He added that people should speak up if they see any suspicious activity.
