MT. PLEASANT, Mich. — After an investigation spanning more than a year, state police have arrested a man accused of embezzling money from a Mt. Pleasant business.
Michigan State Police say 49-year-old Gregory Lee Millis had embezzled more than $100,000 across four years.
State police say they were aided by Central Michigan University’s forensics class in their investigation.
Millis was arrested on Thursday for embezzlement and using a computer to commit a crime, according to authorities. They say he could be sentenced to up to 64 years if convicted.
