EAST LANSING, Mich. — Court records show that a former Michigan State University wrestler has been charged with sexual assault.
Austin Franco has been charged with two counts of fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct. The report reads that he used force or coercion for one count and it read that the alleged victim was incapacitated for the other count.
According to the records, the alleged assault happened in the South Wonders Hall dorm on MSU's campus on March 17, 2019 at 6:30 a.m.
A preliminary exam has been set for September 6.
