In Hillsdale County a motorcyclist was killed over the weekend after hitting a deer.
Michigan State Police say 54-year-old John Mccormick was heading south on Moscow Road Friday night when encountered the animal.
Troopers say when Mccormick's motorcycle hit the deer, he flew over the handlebars. He was not wearing a helmet at the time.
He was then taken to Henry Ford Allegiance hospital and pronounced dead several hours later.
