UPDATE: The latest from FOX 47's Clayton Cummins at the court house - the Judge denies a motion to adjourn the Nassar trial so the defense can review additional documents.

Also, the Judge will allow six additional alleged victims to testify, however the judge will not allow evidence of child pornography citing it could automatically make up the mind of the jury.

Lawyers representing former Michigan State University doctor Larry Nassar, aren't giving up their fight to get his sexual abuse trial pushed back and moved out of Mid-Michigan.

Last week, Nassar's lawyers filed several motions citing the "#MeToo" tweet by Olympic gold medalist McKayla Maroney and the widespread media attention it received, as one reason he can't get a fair trial.

Nassar's attorneys have tried unsuccessfully to push back his Ingham County trial. Friday his team of lawyers will be in Ingham County Circuit Court in front of Judge Aquilina where several motions will be heard, including trying to move the venue for the trial.
