JACKSON, Mich. — The United Way of Jackson County's Diaper Drive may be over, but the work to distribute is just beginning.
Volunteers from the Kiwanis Club sorted through all the donations Tuesday.
More than 32,000 diapers were collected.
The drive also generated about $800 to buy diapers.
The donations will now be distributed to five different organizations, which will give them to families in need.
You can still help by texting diaper to 91999 to make a monetary donation.
You can decide how much you want to give when you send the text.
