A Holt teacher accused of sexually assaulting numerous students was arraigned Monday on more charges after an additional victim came forward.
Patrick Daley turned himself in Monday and was arraigned on 6 counts of Second Degree Criminal Sexual Conduct. He was charged earlier this month on five counts of CSC and one count of Assault with Intent to Commit CSC.
The Ingham County Sheriff's Office says another victim came forward after the initial charges were filed.
Daley is a 5th grade teacher at Washington Woods Middle School. The Ingham County Sheriff's Office launched an investigation on May 31 after several students accused him of sexually assaulting them. He was suspended from teaching when the concerns came to light, according to the Holt School District. The District is now looking into tenure charges to terminate Daley's employment.
Daley was released on a personal recognizance bond. He is due back in court on November 29th.
Anyone with more information on Daley is asked to call the Ingham County Sheriff's Office at 517-676-8253.
