There's new information on the trial of a woman suspected of killing two of her infant children.
A judge ruled Wednesday that prosecutors can not use evidence about the second child in the murder trial for the first baby. Melissa Mitin is charged with murder and child abuse in the 2013 death of her daughter. Her son was born while she was out on bond in December of 2014.
Prosecutors say Mitin left him in a dumpster, but have not found the body and have not charged her with a crime in that case.
The trial in the girl's death is scheduled to start April 4th.
