The Lansing Police Department is asking help in finding a missing man.
Police say 28-year-old James Edgington of Lansing hasn't been seen since Tuesday afternoon.
Lansing police say Edgington has the mental capacity of a 12-year-old and no clothing description or picture are available at this time.
