Physicians Building crasher to appear in court

 A couple weeks ago, a man drove his car into the Mid-Michigan Physicians Building.

43-year-old Derrick Carter has been charged with two counts of assault with intent to murder.

He's scheduled to be in court today for a preliminary exam.
