While Phil may be the country's most famous furry forecaster, Woody is a local celebrity at Howell Nature Center. Her supporters say she is usually more accurate than Phil. Woody has been right 12 out of 16 times so far.
So don't put away your boots, sweaters, and coats- another round of winter is on the way.
