Michigan's November unemployment numbers are out and Mid-Michigan is doing well compared to other parts of the state.
Ingham, Eaton and Clinton counties are in the Top-10 with the lowest unemployment rate.
They're all under 3.4 percent. Jackson county is in 24th place with 4.2 percent unemployment.
