Michigan State University investigates reported on-campus sexual assault

EAST LANSING, Mich. — MSU Police are investigating a sexual assault that occurred on Saturday, September 28.

Police say the sexual assault took place outside of Wells Hall between 4:30 p.m. and 5:00 p.m on Saturday.

Police released a description of the possible suspect; a black male, approximately 25-35 years-old, average height, short black hair, wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, and black pants.

The university issued a timely warning on their social media Saturday shortly after 10 pm.
