LANSING, Mich. — Michigan reported 398 cases of COVID-19 and only three deaths again on Saturday.
In total, the state has 65,533 confirmed cases and 5,972 deaths.
On Friday, Michigan reported 460 confirmed cases of COVID-19 and three deaths. There were 65,135 confirmed cases and 5,969 deaths. On Thursday, the state reported a spike of 543 cases, the highest daily spike since May.
Cases continue to be higher than they were through the early and mid-parts of June as more businesses have opened up.
More than 52,800 people have recovered from the virus, according to the state. Those numbers are updated every Saturday and include people who are still living 30 days after the onset of their symptoms.
