Michigan Minimum wage increasing

The minimum wage in Michigan will go up to $9.25 per hour Monday.

In 2017, the minimum wage was $8.90 per hour.

The minimum wage has increased for the last three years in Michigan since a 2014 law passed.

Beginning in 2019 the minimum wage will go up every year along with inflation unless the unemployment rate is high.
