Michigan Technological University in Houghton is waiting to hear if it made the record books for a snowman making event over the weekend.
Students at the Upper Peninsula school built 2-thousand-228 snowmen within an hour.
That beats Japan's record of just over two-thousand.
All the evidence is now being submitted to Guinness World Records to make the new record official.
