LANSING, Mich. — The FOX 47 Weather Team is calling for a high temperature on Thursday of 29-degrees...and many state lawmakers are expected to enjoy the day all wet.

More than 40 of them will be jumping in a pool in front of the state capitol for the polar plunge.

The event raises money for Special Olympics Michigan and is scheduled for 3 PM on Feb. 28.
