Meijer is recalling some of its pre-made Caesar salads because they are mislabled.
The salads are labeled as Greek salads and contain wheat croutons that are not on the label. People allergic to wheat could suffer an reaction.
So far, no illnesses have been reported. The salads were shipped to all Meijer locations.
