The state capitol will be the place to go today if you need to get rid of any old prescriptions taking up space in your medicine cabinet.
The Michigan Pharmacist Association is hosting its annual medication disposal event from 10:30 this morning until 1:30 this afternoon on the capitol lawn.
There's also a curbside drop off on South Capitol Avenue between Michigan Avenue and Allegan Street.
