LANSING TOWNSHIP, Mich. — An alleged bomb threat at a medical office building has been given the all clear.
Lansing Police and MSU K-9s searched the building and did not find any threat.
The Lansing Township Fire Chief told Fox 47 that around 11:21 a.m. on Tuesday, a bomb threat was received.
The alleged threat was discovered in a note at a doctor's office on the second floor of the Mid Michigan Physicians Building on Lake Lansing.
Since 11:30 a.m. everyone in the building has been evacuated.
A woman at the building talked to Fox 47 and confirmed that she was told to evacuate along with others due to a bomb threat being called in.
LPD and Lansing Fire Dept. Fire Rescue, along with Delhi Fire are all on the scene to make sure the building is safe.
Hundreds of people were evacuated, according to the Fire Chief.
Currently, the building is closed until it is given the all clear.
