Mayor Schor sets aside money for roads in proposed budget

Lansing Mayor Andy Schor unveiled his first budget for the city.

He submitted the 218.6 million dollar plan to the city council.

It includes funding for the city's roads and sidewalks. Along with money to help improve and strengthen the city's neighborhoods.

The budget also includes money for pension and retiree health care costs and "pre-funding" to help cover future legacy costs.
