Lansing's Mayor wants more details about the proposals to build a new city hall.

Four developers have submitted plans. On Thursday, Mayor Andy Schor gave them 30 days to provide information on things like parking and architectural plans.

Last year, then-mayor Virg Bernero chose Chicago-based Beitler Real Estate Services to turn the current city hall into a hotel and retail space rather than have the city pay for needed repairs.
