LANSING, Mich. — A Verizon spokesperson has confirmed that all cell service has been restored in Mid-Michigan.

Verizon Wireless users are being hit with outages this morning.
"It appears that there is a Verizon outage in Eaton County," Michael Armitage, director of the Eaton County Central Dispatch wrote in an email. "If you call 911 from a Verizon phone, it may take extra time to connect."
Armitage asked that people try to use another carrier if they need to reach 911.
Ingham County emergency management also reported an outage, but said they had not heard from the company.
