Several thousand homes are still in the dark across the state Monday morning following winds that toppled trees and downed power lines and even led to two deaths on Friday.
At this time, around 15,000 DTE customers are without power.
The utility company says it expects to have nearly have them fixed by the evening.
On Friday -- 300,000 customers experienced outages from the winds that reached 70 miles per hour.
90-thousand Consumers Energy customers lost power from the storms.
As of right now, they are reporting around 40 customers still without electricity.
