40-year-old Jay Clark is charged with open murder as well as four other felony charges, including disposing of a body.
Authorities say Clark, who lives just south of the Michigan border, shot and killed Jeremy Barron.
Barron's body was found on April 2 in Camden Township.
A 27-year-old woman, Ashley Hoath, was also arrested as an accessory.
