The Eaton County Sheriff's Office will be pushing for criminal charges against the man who drove his car into a gas station in Dimondale early Sunday morning, but they haven't been issued yet.
The driver was taken to a hospital after crashing into the Marathon gas station at the corner of Creyts Road and East Road. He's expected to be ok.
Investigators believe he was drinking and speeding.
His blood alcohol level is not yet available.
