The man accused of trying to attack an Ingham County prosecutor is set to appear in court Thursday.
Joshua Harding is facing assault and terrorism charges stemming from the August 2 incident.
When it happened, Harding was in court for allegedly sexually assaulting two children in an Okemos cemetery in 2015.
He's been denied bond and faces life in prison if convicted of the most recent crimes.
