Man wanted in string of armed robberies in Lansing

Posted

The Lansing Police Department is looking for a man accused in four armed robberies over the past five weeks.

The latest hold-up happened Friday morning at the Quality Dairy on Larch Street near Lake Lansing Road. Police say the man walked into the store just before 7:30 a.m., pulled out a gun and demanded money from the cashier. He fled the store after getting some cash. No one was injured.

Investigators believe he's the same suspect in three other robberies, two of which happened on September 18th, and the other on September 20th.

The suspect is described as a black man in his 20's, wearing a black hooded coat, black sweatpants, and brown boots.

Anyone with information is asked to contact the Lansing Police Department.
