A man is in the hospital after being shot multiple times in Lansing early Wednesday morning.
The shooting happened around 1:30 a.m. on West Hillsdale Street.
Lansing police say the victim was stopped in the road, when someone shot up his car. Multiple rounds were fired into the vehicle. The man was rushed to the hospital. Police think he will survive. They say he was the only person in the car when the shots were fired.
Officers were not able to determine exactly where the shots were fired from. Police say they do not think the shooting was random.
