A man charged with killing his 3 month-old son has pleaded "no contest" to 2nd degree murder in Jackson County.

Adam Stevens was originally convicted in the 2010 death of his son Kian. The Michigan Supreme Court later threw out the verdict because the trial judge improperly questioned a defense witness.

Stevens will be sentenced on May 18th.

He faces up to life in prison.
