One of the two men charged in a jailbreak attempt over the summer in Jackson County has pleaded guilty.
Court records show Christopher Tucker pleaded guilty to a felony count of escape or attempting to escape while in jail for a felony offense.
Police say Tucker and Jason Wesch tried to break out of Jackson County jail's facility on Chanter Road by stealing a food delivery van back in June.
Both men were quickly arrested after the van got stuck when the men tried to ram the facility's gates.
Wesch is awaiting trial and Tucker is scheduled to be sentenced in December, court records show.
