A man had to be taken to the hospital after he crashed his car into a house in Aurelius Township Monday morning.
Deputies with the Ingham County Sheriff's Office responded to the crash at a home on the 500 block of North Edgar Road just before 1 a.m.
The man was driving too fast and ended up hitting a house not far from the Eldorado Golf Course, police said.
The impact of the crash left a visible house in the house but no one inside the home was hurt.
The male driver was taken to the hospital for precautionary reasons but police say he's expected to be okay.
The Ingham County Sheriff's Office says alcohol or drugs do not appear to be factors in the crash at this time.
