LANSING, Mich. — A man had to be taken to the hospital Monday after crashing into a car on his motorcycle, the Lansing Police Department said.
The crash happened at the intersection of Michigan Avenue and Fairview Avenue on Lansing's east side around 5:15 p.m.
Lansing police say the driver of the car turned into the path of the motorcyclist.
The man was wearing a helmet and was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
The crash closed down eastbound Michigan Avenue at Clemens Avenue Monday night but the road has since reopened.
