Man hospitalized in Lansing stabbing, suspect in custody

LANSING, Mich. — A man was hospitalized Thursday night in a stabbing in Lansing.

Officers with the Lansing Police Department responded to a reported stabbing in the 5600 block of South Martin Luther King Junior Blvd. around 11:14 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 10.

A man was transported to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries, Lansing police said.

A man was taken into custody at the scene.

The suspect's name will not be released until he's charged.

Anyone with information regarding the stabbing is asked to call the Lansing Police Department at 517-483-4600.
