One man is dead and two others injured after being hit by a pickup truck while waiting at a bus stop shelter in Detroit.
The incident happened Tuesday afternoon.
Police say the driver lost control of the truck, crossed a median, and hit the shelter, knocking it over.
Two people and the driver were listed in stable condition.
Their identities have not yet been released.
Angelica Jones, interim director of the Detroit Department of Transportation, said in a statement that people waiting for a bus were hit "by an apparently intoxicated motorist."
