LANSING, Mich. (WSYM) - A 32-year-old man is in critical condition after being hit by a pickup truck while walking across a Lansing street.
It happened at the intersection of Saginaw Highway and Pine Street just after 1 a.m. Sunday.
Police were on the scene for more than 5 hours investigating.
It's unclear whether the man was in a crosswalk when he was hit.
Officers on the scene say he was taken to the hospital with significant injuries.
Saginaw Highway was shut down for several hours, but has since reopened.
